Terms & Conditions
Production: All goods our made by me, to order, and are made in the order in which they are received. Production time is noted in product description details, however during periods of high activity there is the possibility of delayed shipping due to workload.
I do not offer a priority production service on orders; I do this to maintain consistency and fairness to my customers. If you need your product in a hurry, please be sure to order in advance of the date you require it in accordance to my production schedule.
Occasionally there may be ready to ship products. Those will be identified in the production description.
Lead Time: CURRENTLY LEAD TIME IS APPROXIMATELY 8-10 WEEKS*

Shipping: Free shipping in the US on total orders over $75.00.
World Wide shipping is sent First Class USPS Mail. Priority World Wide is available on request. Orders are usually shipped the day after they are completed with the exception of weekends and holidays.
Ready to ship items are mailed at the next available time that I can get to the post office. Ready to ship does not mean same day or next day shipping. Ready to ship means that you avoid the long wait times of my standard production schedule.

Payments: Credit cards or PayPal payments are accepted.
Refunds and Exchanges: All sales are final. However, if you experience product failure, I will happily replace it or issue a full refund upon inspection of returned product with receipt.
If your item is custom made or personalized, a refund or replacement will be issued only in the event of product failure and upon inspection of returned product with receipt.
I will exchange goods if they were a gift to you for any product of equal or higher value with the difference being paid. I will not refund any differences if you choose a lesser value item to the one you are exchanging.
I do not accept returns on used goods unless applicable to the terms stated above.
In the event that a refund is agreed please allow up to 31 days to process from the date of the agreed refund.
Additional Information: All products are hand made to order and as such may vary slightly with each one. Slight variations such as color, abrasions, range marks, thickness, and suppleness of the leather can occur depending on the cut or type of leather used.
I supply a quality product that is built to last. Should you experience any problems please contact me.
Should there be a situation in which your order is delayed do to unexpected circumstances, I will contact you with the best new expected dated of shipment or we can discuss alternative solutions.
Custom order requests: Contact me directly for custom order request. If you are looking to have a product made similar to what is listed then you can request a custom order via the contact page.
Custom orders are not subject to our regular production and shipping schedule and customers may expect longer wait times. I will provide you with an estimated wait time.
Custom orders may vary in pricing and will be determined when order is finalized.
